Willowbend Subdivision is a beautiful little residential neighborhood of 743 homes, with shady lawns, well-lit streets, beautiful old oak trees, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are a deed-restricted subdivision, supported entirely by voluntary dues. We were established in 1953. Neighborliness and inclusiveness are our hallmarks. Here you will find any number of churches and synagogues, many within walking distance. And there’s so much more!
Because we are just a few blocks outside of the SW corner of the 610 Loop, there is easy access to the Galleria and Meyerland Plaza. Less than 15 minutes away you will find the famous Texas Medical Center, the Museum District, our extraordinary Houston Zoo, and a little farther up Main St., there’s the Theater District. If you’re hungry, there are great restaurants close to here as well as in nearby Montrose and of course downtown. Hikers and joggers can enjoy Willow Waterhole Greenspace, which is just a few minutes away. Willow Waterhole is a fine place to hike, bike, birdwatch or picnic. Willowbend has something for everyone. Come on out and give us a look!
